(SSAS)

Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SSAS) provide a means for directors of Limited Companies to maximise their retirement benefits and to provide tax efficient business solutions to help their companies develop and flourish. They give directors the opportunity to exercise control over the investment of the Scheme's funds including investments which may directly benefit the company.

SSAS Schemes are individually approved by the Inland Revenue offering the following generous tax advantages:-

• All contributions paid by the company are deductible from pre-tax profits effectively reducing the company's corporation tax liability
• Any personal contributions paid by members are relievable against income tax at the member's highest marginal rate
• All investments grow free of any UK capital gains tax
• Upon retirement a tax free lump sum will be available
• In the event of death prior to retirement all benefits may be payable without liability to inheritance tax.
